Hi everyone! Usually I post on Sundays but tomorrow I’ll be basking in the sun at the beach, so I’m posting today 😉 This week, my roommate’s two cousins visited her, so I decided to concentrate on kid’s fashion. They’re sisters…one is 15 and the other is 10 years old. I noticed that they’re both very fashionable and their outfits were age-appropriate. They chose 2 outfits that they love for the photos below.
I also have been wanting to try a cupcake from a new place in Philly, so I went to Swiss Haus Bakery to find a great cupcake!
This is the first outfit they wore. The 15-yr old looks great in the crochet top and shorts. She added a great neutral belt and really cool sneakers. The 10-yr old looks both comfy and stylish in the pink t-shirt, side-jeweled shorts, and flip flops. I love that they both have flat, comfy shoes that are also very cute!
This was their “going out for dinner” outfit, and they look amazing! I love this pink top on the 15-yr old because it’s fitting for a teenager, yet still youthful. Since the top is the statement piece, the white shorts was a great choice for bottoms. The 10-yr old looks so cute in this outfit, and at this age kids can get away with wearing anything…why not! I love the white tiered tops with the purple lace skirt. And if you look closely, there’s a feather hanging on the side of the skirt!
The cupcake I tried from Swiss Haus was a chocolate cupcake with a chocolate buttercream icing and chocolate sprinkles. I loved the texture of the icing because it felt dense when I cut into it with a fork, but it would melt in your mouth like mousse. YUM!
