For me, Spring is all about fun prints and bursts of color. But I also adore the subtlety and softness of pastels. One thing I especially love about wearing pastels is the ability to wear various colors together and they always go so well together.

When wearing pastels, keep in mind that you can’t go wrong with any color combo or even going for a monochromatic look. I do however tend to stick to 2 colors to avoid looking too much like a candy cane or an Easter decoration. Pastels are also a fantastic pairing with a white item – try a pastel top with white jeans, or a pastel skirt with a white top.

If you don’t like wearing pastels or think it doesn’t look quite the best on you, no worries! Easy incorporate pastels via your shoes, bag and accessories (such a scarf or headband).
